Some last minute changes for this issue.To mark the 40th anniversary of the Bickerton, we decided to reprint (and largely rewrite) The Bickerton Story, something that originally appeared in The Folder magazine back in 1993 or thereabouts. In an idle moment, I calculating that I had written well in excess of a million words for A to B. All things considered, you’d expect the magazine to be more repetitive than it is. Anyway, it’s a useful resource of information, much of it now freely available on the website.
